The Full Story

My fascination with cooking started when I was just 4 years old.  I remember sitting in on a cooking class my mom taught, she made cream puffs and pastry cream.  Almost 40 years later, the magic of food and the desire to educate and entertain is still very much alive.  By occupation and education, I am a business consultant who spends my day's working with women and minority owned businesses, helping them grow and become economically self sufficient.  The mornings, nights, and weekends are dedicated to food and family which is the heart behind My Butch Kitchen. 


My Butch Kitchen started as a personal outlet to share my thoughts and ideas. Gradually over time, it has turned into my own online community. Food comes with a story and a little bit of magic!
